Salon Policies
- No Show/Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
- Extra Hair Policy: Extra charge may apply to any customer with very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist.
- Payment: We accept cash, check, debit, or credit. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments.
- Return/Exchange Policy: Exchange for an equal value item within 30 days. Product must be unused and in original condition.
