No Show and Cancellation Policy- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or give us 24 hour cancellation notice, you will be charged 25% of the booked service.
Deposits- Any service over $150 will require a credit card to hold the appointment. All appointments booked online will need a credit card to hold the appointment.
Extra Hair Policy- Extra charges might apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist. Please remember if this applies to you, your service may take longer than the scheduled time. You may want to consider calling to book your appointment to make sure we have plenty of time to serve you.
Children's Policy: As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise. We ask for our guests to keep children under the age of 10 home for any appointment over 30 minutes in an effort to maintain this environment.'
