Service Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We never want to let clients leave our salon unhappy. However, in the event you find yourself unsatisfied please contact us within 7 days of your service and we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments. Color correction services are not covered under this policy because this is never a single process solution.

Extra Hair Charge
Extra charges might apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist. Please remember if this applies to you, your services may take longer than scheduled. You may want to consider calling to book your appointment to make sure we have plenty of time to serve you.

Children Policy
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise. We ask for our guests to keep children under the age of 10 home for any appointment over 30 minutes in an effort to maintain this environment.

Fashion Forward Salon does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Fashion Forward Salon directly. All request for returns for products purchased at Fashion Forward Salon should be directed to location where purchased.
Returns for damages or errors made in shipping must be called into Fashion Forward Salon within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Fashion Forward Salon hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 3PM EST. During hours we are closed please email Fashionforwardsalon8022@gmail.com.
Fashion Forward Salon does not accept returns/exchanges on opened items, t-shirts, trial Kits, samples or any items sold as final sale.
All other products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a refund of amount paid for items. Once we have received the returned items, your refund will appear on your account in 9 - 14 business days.
