Fashion Forward is an exclusive Bumble and bumble salon. When Corey opened the salon in 2011 she knew that the only product line she wanted to carry was bumble and bumble. She started with the line in 2000 and has watched it grow into the powerhouse it is today. They started with one product in 1990, and now have the perfect solution for fine, coarse, curly, dry and damaged hair, just to name a few. If you have a problem with your hair, they know how to fix it. Bumble and bumble has a university in New York City that she is able to send all of her staff to for education. Bumble University has classes in cutting, coloring, and styling. They also play a huge role in fashion week every year and have been recommended in numerous high fashion magazines. A favorite to many celebrity clientele, Bumble and bumble stands behind all of their products and the results show in the number of addicted clients. They test all of their products at their in house salons in New York City, so by the time they get to us they are the perfected result. We chose Bumble and bumble because we believe it's the best and you deserve the best!!

We are very careful about where we sell Bumble and bumble, and we choose only the finest salons, apothecaries and shops - places with friendly hairdressers and salespeople who LOVE hair and who LOVE Bumble and bumble. We do this because we make our products to be sold by experts who know our products up and down, backwards and forwards, inside and out.

Salon Policies

No Show and Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or give us 24 hour cancellation notice, you will be charged 25% of the booked service.
Deposits: Any service over $150 will require a credit card to hold the appointment. All appointments booked online will need a credit card to hold the appointment.
Extra Hair Policy: Extra charges might apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist. Please remember if this applies to you, your service may take longer than the scheduled time. You may want to consider calling to book your appointment to make sure we have plenty of time to serve you.
Children's Policy: As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise. We ask for our guests to keep children under the age of 10 home for any appointment over 30 minutes in an effort to maintain this environment.'
Payment: We accept payment in forms of cash, check, debit or credit card. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card charges.
Return Policy: Fashion Forward Salon does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Fashion Forward Salon directly (online or in store). All request for returns for products purchased at Fashion Forward Salon should be directed to location where purchased (online or in store). Fashion Forward Salon does not accept returns/exchanges on opened items, t-shirts, trial Kits, samples or any items sold as final sale. All other products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a refund of amount paid for items. Shipping charges are not refundable and all shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. If you are local, you can visit Fashion Forward Salon located at 15111 Washington St., Suite 129 Haymarket, VA 20169 and return your item at the front desk. Once we have received the returned items, your refund will appear on your account in 9 - 14 business days.
