Brow Lamination

Eyebrow lamination is a brand new service that’s quickly gaining popularity, dubbed “the new microblading!” Eyebrow Lamination lifts and locks your brow hairs into a perfectly brushed-up position, creating a fuller, fluffier look. This completely eliminates the need for clear brow gel, and creates a model-esque look that’s always fresh and always polished.

Before Your Appointment

Remove all eye and face cosmetics and skincare, including foundation, eye makeup, mascara, sunscreen, moisturizer, eye cream, eye serum, etc. and cleanse your lashes thoroughly prior arriving for your appointment. If you could avoid this for the 24 hour period leading up to your appointment the result will be optimal and the cleansing step of the treat will be easier on both the client and Lash Technician.
Notify your Lash Technician if you have any known allergies.
Be comfortable lying down for 1 hour with your eyes closed.

Avoid excess hot water or steam on lashes for the first 24 hours. (You can wash your face and lashes with tepid water but avoid something like a hot steamy shower for just the first 24 hours.)
Avoid shampooing, make-up, un-approved conditioners, un-approved make-up removers, creams, eye serums on the lash/eye area for 24 hours.
Do not rub or play with your lashes.
We encourage conditioning your lashes specially formulated to help restore proteins, speed up cell generation, increase potassium channels in the cells and increase moisture levels to the hair to help protect the hair and give longer lasting results with lash lifts and tinting. Ask your Lash Technician about Elleeplex Advanced Aftercare Formula.

First 24 hours: No hot water, steam, shampoos, makeup, makeup remover, oils or skincare products within 1 inch of the area treated.
First 48 hours: Do not use makeup remover or oils within 1 inch of the area treated. Comb/brush your brow hairs into place as needed.
If redness or irritation worsens over the course of 24 hours, please contact your doctor about a potential reaction to the product, and then contact your artist to make them aware.

*The minimum age requirement for Lash Lift & Brow Lamination services is 18 years or older. 16 years and older are able to receive these services with parental/guardian consent.*

Salon Policies

No Show and Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or give us 24 hour cancellation notice, you will be charged 25% of the booked service.
Deposits: Any service over $150 will require a credit card to hold the appointment. All appointments booked online will need a credit card to hold the appointment.
Extra Hair Policy: Extra charges might apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist. Please remember if this applies to you, your service may take longer than the scheduled time. You may want to consider calling to book your appointment to make sure we have plenty of time to serve you.
Children's Policy: As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise. We ask for our guests to keep children under the age of 10 home for any appointment over 30 minutes in an effort to maintain this environment.'
Payment: We accept payment in forms of cash, check, debit or credit card. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card charges.
Return Policy: Fashion Forward Salon does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Fashion Forward Salon directly (online or in store). All request for returns for products purchased at Fashion Forward Salon should be directed to location where purchased (online or in store). Fashion Forward Salon does not accept returns/exchanges on opened items, t-shirts, trial Kits, samples or any items sold as final sale. All other products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a refund of amount paid for items. Shipping charges are not refundable and all shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. If you are local, you can visit Fashion Forward Salon located at 15111 Washington St., Suite 129 Haymarket, VA 20169 and return your item at the front desk. Once we have received the returned items, your refund will appear on your account in 9 - 14 business days.
